How to Login: 
Go to https://grafanamonitorv2.leadsquared.co/ Enter Username and password Dashboard Manage(https://grafanamonitorv2.leadsquared.co/dashboards) 

Modules/Application are listed as a Dashboard to monitor.  

Points to be Noted: 

Our application is hosted over 3 regions- Mumbai, Singapore, and the US. 

Regions: 

SGP(Region id-1) – ap-southeast-1 – Singapore 
MUM(Region id-21)  – ap-south-1 – Mumbai 
US (Region id-11) – us-east-1 – US North Virginia 

 

The accounts hosted over different regions will have respective URLs. 

Application: Platform Web Application 

  • Mumbai(21)->in21.leadsquared.com 

  • Singapore (1) ->run.leadsquared.com 

  • US(11)->us11.leadsquared.com 

Getting details on user and account: 

In order to get the account details like region id, cluster id of account and basic user details, etc, kindly refer to the below links  

The below link will give you the account details like city, region, cluster, ESS, etc. with the help of the org id. In the end, the org id has to be replaced with the respective org id to get details. 

The below link will give you all the active users of the account with the email, phone and role just by the org id. In the end, the org id has to be replaced with the respective org id to get details. 

The below link will give you the account details like city, region, cluster, ESS, etc to which the user belongs to. With the help of the user email id, placing it at the end will give details on the respective org id it belongs to. 

Platform Slowness issues: 

When users complain about slowness, 500 oops error, and 504 error, refer to the dashboard of the platform web application. 

Depending upon on the region of the account, choose the region specific dashboard: 

 

  • Look for the below points: 

  1.  Name: RequestCount/TargetResponse Time 

 Healthy Average response time is  400-700 ms.
