Dracore is our Partner in South Africa. We mostly deal with the tickets that their internal team raises.

Problem Statement:
However, a lot of their customers reach out to us instead of them directly. Their customers’ email addresses mostly end in “co.za”. So we need to route such requests to their Internal team( Devashen and Chrisanta)
However, we(Leadsquared India) have a handful of customers also ending with “co.za”. So we should only be steering Dracore’s customers to the Dracore Team.
Solution:
In order to be able to bifurcate between Dracore customers and our customers, I would recommend making use of the handy Leadroot URLs and take a look at the Plan first, since the Plan may/may not be Dracore.
