Points to be followed in Smart Views:
1.Please note that Smart View is the only module in the Leadsquared which is cached. It will load with a delay only in the first attempt, the only reason being smart view tabs are cached. Hence, it is a default functionality with the smart view tabs, which takes around 20-25 secs to load, the only reason it being cached.
2.For this module, it is recommended to load all the tabs at once so that it is fully loaded. Once, all the tabs are opened, you can switch between any tabs easily without any delay.
Once the smart view page and the tabs are loaded once, then the user does not require to reload the page again.
3. The smart view tabs are the built-on auto-refresh. The active tabs auto-refresh every 60 sec and the non-active tab refreshes every 300 sec. So, the users don’t require to refresh the page.
In case they want to reload all the tabs, there is a refresh icon on the tab bar which can be used to reload the tabs. Once this is clicked, the users will have to open all the tabs again once and then they can work by switching without any delay.
Do not refresh smart views. Always keep Smart Views opened in a separate tab as loading it again will take time being cached. Hence, it is recommended to perform other activities in new tabs.
