Scenario:
The customer used to mark feedback of an outbound call using Custom Activity Type Had a Phone Conversation . Further they used to mark status inside Had a Phone Conversation as Not Answered / Interested / Not Interested / No Answered etc ( Custom statuses created by user). So now the requirement was to add a lead in a list for that status( say not answered) but later on when the status would change, say answered, the lead should get removed from the list not answered and get added to the list not answered.
Note: Creating a dynamic list would not help as post status change for the same lead, the lead would get added to the new list but would not get removed from the older one.
Possible solutions:
1. Manage activities tab– One can select Had a Phone Conversation activity.
Here one can select the status, time range and other filters and view the leads.
2. More efficient option- Creation of custom tabs on Smart views based on the specific statues of the activity. This data would be real time and upon refreshing one will be able to see latest data.
