Question Using Import tag feature trying to associate a series of tags for 1000+ leads. I managed to import the CSV file, but after import, I am seeing the import tag status as Partially success. PFA screenshot.
Reason:
Tag association will be added only against one lead matching the email id and duplicate lead will be ignored.
Tag association will be ignored against duplicate lead having the same email id.
Solution/ Fix: To know for how many leads the tags are associated. Add all those lead records into a List for which you wish to associate the tag. Then Import and associate a tag and come back to list and check, so that you can easily cross-check the tag association.
