Issue: Lead Details page is unresponsive.
Sometimes only the Vcard is displayed but the rest of the page keeps loading and unresponsive even to edit.
If you observe, the lead field details, it might contain some special characters which is not allowed. This is the reason for the page being unresponsive.
Solution:
Get the support access.
Update the lead through API and remove the special character. So that it works properly.
