Mostly issues with lead duplicity. As they have a unique requirement to check duplicate leads based on a combination of fields (email+Course), Ankit from Success team removed uniqueness of all fields in their account.

Mostly issues with deletion of unwanted users. They have a custom lead tab called appointments which works based on a webhook URL of their choice and it fails intermittently.
