In Telephony – United States, customers using Call Tracking Metrics generally when we Check the Do Not SMS checkbox, the Send SMS option still continues working and the SMS will be delivered to the Leads. In order to stop this from happening, we have a webhook created which serves this purpose.
1. Go-to API and Webhooks -> Webhooks
2. Click on Create
3. Let Type be ‘Webhook‘, Event be ‘Lead Field Value Change‘ Lead Field be ‘Do Not SMS‘ and Webhook URL be ‘https://
ctm-sms-incoming.leadsquared.com/SMSOptin.aspx?AccessKey=(Enter Access key without braces)
&SecretKey=(Enter Secret Key without Braces)
4. Then click on Save
