Issue- Product name – only half on the product name is in the lead detail page is seen however in the setting we had configured the full name .
Action -I check the lead details where the half of the product name was only seen while checking that we saw there was exactly only 100 characters.
Concluding that – By default we support only 100 characters for dropdown option length. The option with more than 100 character is added incorrectly. You can either reduce the size of the option and correct the existing data or Raise a CM to template to increase /field length of mx_Product to 200.
