Issue
The customer faced an issue where they are trying to open the form and they are getting the below error.
Cause
After checking with our internal teams, we identified that the issue occurs when the same form is accessed simultaneously in multiple tabs.
This typically happens when multiple users open the same form at the same time.
Such concurrent access leads to conflicts, resulting in the reported issue.
Resolution
To address this, there is a setting called “Allow only one user to mark a task complete through Dynamic Form submission.”
Enabling this setting will restrict multiple users from submitting the same form simultaneously.
If the setting is disabled, multiple users will be able to submit the form at the same time.
