API error/response : External API was disabled for the tenant

While using the Service Cloud API, the following error occurs.

Things that need to be checked to resolve the issue are:

  1. On your LeadSquared account, navigate to My Profile > Settings > Service Cloud, and click API Configurations.

  2. Alongside Enable API, enable the slider LeadSquared Service CRM APIs.

  3. Alongside Enable IP Whitelisting, enable the slider and add the IPs you want to whitelist. This step is optional.

  4. Once you’re done, click Save.
