Existing WhatsApp templates are not visible

Problem statement: Customer is facing an issue where existing WhatsApp templates are not reflecting in the templates section.

Root Cause:

  • Templates are tied to the Configuration ID (Config ID).

  • When the config is deleted and re-created, the link to previous templates is broken.

  • As a result, templates do not show up under the new config.

Action Required:

Check with the Product Team to  back up or restore the templates from the old Config ID to the new one.
