In the current automation setup, the trigger and recipient criteria allow selection based on “Triggered/Latest Data” or “Lead Activity.” However, in the exit conditions, only “Lead Activity” is available.
This means exit conditions are evaluated against any past activity, not specifically the triggering activity. As a result, automations may exit early if a lead has performed a matching action in the past, even if it’s unrelated to the current trigger.
