The whatsapp messages are getting repeated:

The issue was happening
The message was received from the lead a month ago (on 12th June), but was pushed to LeadSquared 11th July, by provider (Wati). Hence, the notification was sent again. The issue was with the vendor
2.The bulk whatsapp message failed to trigger

The issue was that the V2 API failed to capture the leads and gave a 504 gateway timeout error.
This failed to trigger the message leads in bulk.
3. In the WhatsApp report, there are multiple message logs where the status is persistently shown as “Awaited” for an extended period. These messages do not transition to their next respective statuses as expected.
The issue was initially flagged to the WhatsApp provider, since LeadSquared updates the message status based on the webhook responses received from them.
The provider has confirmed that they have successfully sent the status updates for the messages in question.
Based on their confirmation, we need to check what may be causing the logs to remain in the Awaited status.

This basically happening because of the Avvailable in converse setting was flagged:
Dev analysis:
"Available in Converse" flag is enabled and only Lead field mail merges are present. Visibility is set to "Everyone".
