The virtual caller ID stickiness in New UI

Problem Statement- In the Marvin UI, agents are required to manually select one of the three virtual numbers on the account each time they initiate a call using the click-to-call feature. This differs from the previous model (Old UI), where the selected virtual number remained “sticky” and was retained for the group across sessions. The current behavior is causing inconvenience and inefficiency for agents, as they must repeatedly choose the virtual number before every call.


RCA – There is backend flag which can be enabled, but user will get virtual number selection drop down only once. After selecting the virtual number for the first time their preference will be saved and they will not get the virtual number drop down itself and all the calls will be dialing using the virtual number selected for the first time.

They will get the drop down only if new virtual number is added or any config is changed in Click2call.

Additionally, suppose if the user had selected a wrong Virtual Number , they will have to resave the click to call Configuration in UTC .
