Default Lead Stage Edit Issue

Problem Statement: Unable to edit default lead stage

RCA: For larger tenants product team has restricted from doing any changes to the default lead stage
 Corrective Action:
 *To Remove the restriction please reach out SRE using the change request template
 *To remove the restriction ISlarge feature needs to be disabled from the back end and needs alteration at the DB level which is not suggested during peak hours
