Issue:
Multiple dynamic form submission observed on leads at a time, which caused duplicate activities to be posted on the lead.
Corrective Action:
In this case, multiple activity are posted due to multiple form submission made, and is not reproducible when tested.
Kindly enable the setting “Restrict unwanted multiple submissions” setting under the additional setting in the form, to prevent multiple submissions.
