Zoom Error (User does not exist in zoom account)

Hi Team,

If you are facing the following error while scheduling a meetingĀ 


The following error is coming because when configuring the connector, the zoom meeting username field might not be Custom 1, custom2, custom 3 till custom 10.

PFB the screenshot of the same-




To rectify this error, make sure either custom 1, custom 2 is selected in the highlighted field.

Post changing the same, you should get the following error while scheduling the zoom meeting-


To rectify this error, the user should have the email ID configured in the connector under the user field set up in the connector.

For example-

Custom 2 should be configured here-


The user should have the email ID configured in the connector configured in the custom 2 user field-
