How to raise Change Request to SRE

Hello Team,


Until now, change requests were submitted via email to sre@leadsquared.com using a predefined template. Effective  from Day (07 March 2025)

 

Moving forward, all change requests must be submitted exclusively through the [Change Request Form]. Only requests submitted via this form will be considered valid and processed.

What You Need to Do:

  • Stop sending change requests via email after EOD today, 07 March 2025.
  • Use the [Change Request Form] for all submissions going forward.
