Issue:
In the Round Robin Distribution we can get scenarios where for a long duration there are no leads entering a specific rule for 10 days, the round robin key get cleared/refreshed and then the round robin is supposed to start afresh, from the user who is mentioned at the top in chronology.

Resolution:
Scenario – for distribution to all users, below are the users –
a
b
c
Let’s say someone makes live changes to a published automations and makes the order from a, b, c to a, c, b.
Now in this case if the last lead was assigned to b, now since the chronology has changed, the next lead which was supposed to o to c, would again go to b, as it will be at the next index. This could be why sometimes a few users might have received more leads than the others even if the distribution is in round robin.
Now, if after today any lead that enters this specific rule comes in after 10+ days (10 is included in this duration0, then the round robin will start from a->c->b, given there were no changes made previously.
