Lead Distribution can be done in three ways-
- By assigning to users
- By assigning to Sales Groups
- By checking User Properties.
while using user assignment we have the option to further assign leads to “All” users or “Available users”.
When distributing to only “Available” users, If the users were checked in and still did not receive any leads, it is advised to check their availability status further.
If a user is checked in, but has marked themself away then they will not be considered as “Available” user and the lead will be assigned to only the “ONLINE” users.
