Issue:
The client informed us that they had added images to different ‘SendEmail’ cards in multiple automations but the images vanished without them editing anything.
Analysis and Solution:
The source of the images added in the ‘SendEmail’ cards in the mentioned automations were added from the ‘Images and Documents’ module present in some other account.
So the images in the ‘ SendEmail’ card can diappear in such cases where they were deleted from the the Image and Documents section of some other account or the other account is deactivated
To proceed further we have to add the image in the Images and Documents section in the current account and re-select in the automations’ SendEmail card and save it.
