If you face authentication error in Sprinkle Reports,
The domain of the user is usually not whitelisted. Also, the domains are case-sensitive in Sprinkle. So, ‘bajajauto.co.in’ and ‘Bajajauto.co.in’ is different in Sprinkle and both need to be whitelisted. Once the domain was whitelisted, we are able to see the report.
NOTE: The values updated in the user fields will be synchronized overnight with Sprinkle, allowing the user to access the updated reports the following day. Upon creation, the user will not have immediate access to the Sprinkle reports; however, access will be available from the next day onwards. in this 1 day buffer time, if the user tries to access the reports ‘Authentication Error’ will be observed.
