
Issue/Query
– When I search for a lead in Manage Leads page, and sort using a column filter for ascending or descending, it does not do anything.

Root Cause Analysis
– This is because, in ESS Tenants, the Quick Search results are sorted using the hidden field value: “ProspectActivityDate_Max” for immediate results.

Solution
Since the account was upgraded to Elastic Search Service, the quick search helps to fetch immediate data without validating any further filter values.
If you would like to operate filters such as ascending/descending values of your identification number, then please use the Advance Search to operate this for you;

2) For the leads named “maistry”(for example), you may do as shown below.

And voila, your column filters will now function as expected.
