There is an exception case error in Multi If/Else card where error in card can be “Error in Evaluating multi If/Else due to datatype mismatch” as shown below:-
Conclusion
Reason for this error is if any field is used in if/else card and field is removed from the activity fields from settings but not removed from automation then automation process from left to right and will fail at first card itself, resulting above error.
