WhatsApp Inbound Message Activity not getting Posted

Issue: The inbound Whatsapp message activity is not getting posted, even though the activity mapping & configurations are correct.

Root Cause: The payload sent by the vendor team for the incoming messages were incorrect. Thus the inbound activities were not getting posted at our end.

Solution: Please reach out to engineering team to validate this scenario once you have verified activity mapping & configurations at our end.
