Hi Team,
To enable WhatsApp Report and Template under the App module it is purely based on role in the account and not user wise permissions.
The same can be achieved by raising a request with WhatsApp connector team and providing details about which role (Administrator, Sales Manager, Sales User, Marketing User) the same needs to be allowed. As by default, it is only allowed for Admins.
