Incase you get an upgrad ticket with talktime not getting recorded or duplicate lead,
Here is what is required,
1)loop in rahul or brijendra from ameyo- (rahul@ameyo.com) and get request id from them after providing following info to the client, lead email, lead phone no, time stamps
2) after request id open post main and past the following curl in import,

3) take the body from the mentioned curl and put it in word(remove both slashed(/,))
4) import the second curl, (curl –location ‘https://telephony-in21.leadsquared.com/1/api/Telephony/LogCallComplete/24d538a802996d81502714007b189f70ce/2c809151-6bb8-4000-9d96-914f473286ad’
–header ‘Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded’ –data-raw ‘{}’) and post the body in word into the raw data as shown below. post it and request id should be posted.
