Difference in activity count | Varthana

Hi All,

Recently faced an issue with Varthana, where they reported to have mismatch in activity count when compared with the below.

1. Manage activities

2. Activities by user realtime (report)

So when we compared both the activity count for a month we could see a difference of ~200 activities

Later when checked with the reports team below is the conclusion:

1. “Manage Activity” section showing data based on Activity Owners, whereas the report shows data based on Activity Created By

2. “Manage Activity” section considers all users (“Active” or “Inactive”) when “Any” Owner is selected, while showing the total count; whereas the report always only show Count for only the Active Users.

This is why “Manage Activity” section count is more than the report.
