Calls to Users Not Coming through, or quota is not met – Mavis status is updated via import, which is checked 3. Automation Delay resulting in incorrect stage updates 4. Permission issues, changing different accesses in forms and processes. 5. Lapp issues – timeout, ratelimit causing issue with assignment post different stage updates. |
Additional Note | PropTiger is a rigorous and critical account that is very stringent and will follow-up on EVERY ticket with us. They don’t wait too long for analysis / resolutions and we need to be responsive and fast when it comes to prioritizing their cases. The revenue amount of each lead due to real estate is very high, so cases are critical. In addition, the process is a blend of field sales + offline telecallers. Issues with call flow must be taken seriously. |
