Hi Team,
Recently a lot of users in Greenply had been reporting issue with the user location report. The reason for this particular issue was that it had been decided that this report shall be Deprecated and instead we could use “Location History Tracker Report”
The main function of this report is to monitor and track the daily activities performed by your sales users,
Prerequisites for this report are-
1)Location Insights should be enabled
2) location tracking permissions for their users must be enabled. We can do that by going to Settings>Mobile App>Permissions. Under Location Tracking, enable all permissions
3) Enable user check-in in the account for location tracking . We can do that by going to Settings>Users and Permissions>User Check-in and enable the Show check-in widget to web users setting there.
