Landing page not capturing leads/ unresponsive

We have observed that the leads entering through the landing page are not captured in the LeadSquared account.

Solution: The phone number field present in the landing page form had a value length restriction of 10 characters and the account is in EMEA region there the phone number length is more than 11 including the country code hence the leads were not being captured. Having increased the limit, the landing page turned responsive.
