The payment logs page was previously maintained by Forms team and now it’s transferred to Portal team.
Issue: However, they payment logs module doesn’t work as expected for example the search will not be accurate i.e. if we try to filter based on date or particular lead id the search result will not be accurate
Also the export option doesn’t work even with admin access. (Upon clicking the export button there will be no response)

Work-Around: So incase with if we need to check anything specific you can inspect and check in the network tab. From that we copy the entire response to Postman or VS Code to search and analyze further. However we have to do this page by page.
