Query: Client can reported that they have published the custom app i.e: bulk upload lead but the same is not visible under the apps. 

As mentioned in the screenshot both of the custom apps are published:

Solution: It can happen that no menu item corresponding to that Custom App (Bulk upload) is added in “Custom Menu For Web App” connector. In such case, we just need to ask them to add the menu item like Create Lead Admin. It’ll start coming under Apps section.
