1) Why is lead Captured with Web:Email:One2One’ as the Lead Origin?
Ans – Lead is captured with lead origin “Web:Email:One2One” when a new email id is passed in cc while sending email to existing lead.
New lead will be created with email id which is passed in cc and origin for that lead will be “Web:Email:One2One“.
