Issue: There will be an error thrown as shown in the below screenshot when expanding/opening an Activity

Root Cause: This happens when the lead is deleted, but the lead is still available in UI because the latest data is not synced to ESS. This is a ESS sync issue. We can verify if the lead is deleted by the below report.

Solution: We need to once check if the error is reproducible in the support access account and since this involves back-end check to be done, it needs to be further reported to Rhythm & Santosh Hegde
