We recently encountered an issue where a particular user was getting logged out of his id as soon as his collegue was trying to login and we found that the reason for this particular issue was that enable dynamic mobile token was enabled,
This feature lets you enable an additional layer of security for communicating between the app and server.
Once in place you won’t be able to simultaneously log in to your account on different mobile devices. If someone logs in from a second device, you’ll be logged out of your account on the first device.
