Google Authenticator – ‘Key’ is lost.

If the ‘Key’ for the Google Authenticator login is lost for a user, then we need to disable 2FA for that user from the Support Access/ Admin account.

Then the user needs to again follow the below-mentioned steps:

1) Settings –> Security –> Two Factor Authentication –> Configure



2) Then either use the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone to scan the QR code or you can manually enter the key again.
