Greetings!
Issue: Mobile user is added to Security Profile mandating 2FA , when this user is logging in, Blank Screen appears in Authentication Page.

User is added in the List.
2FA also Enabled
Check Required
Check from Mobile Team for the validation from the API they use for Authentication
If the API is not returning Mobile in the “AvailableTwoFactorProviders” this means no number is associated with the user profile.
Or else, check straight in the account.

Check the users settings, If user Mobile Number is not added in their profile, this function won’t work.
After Phone Number is linked, the issue should be fixed and Authentication should function as per expected behaviour.
