- Why does our FB account gets disconnected automatically.
Answer: It is difficult to say what caused the disconnection or if the issue was at our end or Facebook’s end as no failure logs are observed at the connector’s backend.
- Below are some reasons which lead to the disconnection of the Facebook Lead Ad Connector:
- Change of the Facebook account (configured with LeadSquared) password.
- Security Concerns- Multiple logins (Facebook login) on different devices lead to disconnection.
- Change in the permission access (page or form permissions) to LeadSquared.

Facebook Error with regards to the Terms and conditions
The problem is happening because the same FB Ad Account is being used by multiple users, and only one user accepted the terms and conditions.
1. Leads get pushed only when the FB Ad account is authenticated by the user who accepted the Terms & Conditions.
2. If the FB Ad Account is re-authenticated by a user who did not accept the terms & conditions, lead push to Fb fails.
3. In simple terms all the users associated to the FB Ad account must accept the terms & conditions to function the application error free.
4. We should not authenticate same FB account with multiple users (as it takes the details of last authenticated user) unless required. Any LSQ user can use the above authenticated account to sync the audience list under that account, for that they don’t need to authenticate with their FB credentials.
