Issue – While sending email from Manage leads page selecting leads and sending email and we keep someone in cc the email will be sent and all the email receivers in “TO” will be visible to everyone.
Resolution: This is the default behavior when we add someone in “CC”. With emails having “CC” and “BCC,” they are considered multi-recipient emails.
For example, if we’re sending an email to 20 leads and add one person in the CC field, that CC recipient will receive the same email multiple times. Instead, we should send a single email with everyone included.
