Outbound Phone Call Activity Not Visible on Lead Despite Successful Call

Response message in call log complete data says “Error While Retrieving User Details from Cache’“

You might encounter an issue where the customer says that despite a successful phone call activity having taken place, the call is not visible for the lead in the Activity History. When you check the telephony logs for the call based on the details provided by the client from their telephony panel, you might find the log call complete data for the call with failure status and the following response message:
