1. Whenever WhatsApp message delivery gets failed and throws an error saying OptIn failed error [106].
Answer:- Kindly ask the client to re-check their username and password in the connector and re-add the username and password in the connector. After updating the correct username and password this error will no longer occur.
Question: The client sent a WhatsApp message where messages were not delivered.
Solution: In the WhatsApp report if the message is not sent to the provider and there is an error in the sent status mentioning OptinFailed: non 200 response code, kindly check the authentication details in the WhatsApp connector with the provider team where the username and password might be incorrect.
Question: What namespace we should use for templates with button for zoko (WhatsApp provider)?
Answer: Zoko expects template_type_button in namespace for templates with button. Please note that this is only for zoko provider.
Question: Converse notification not being received by Lead Owner
Solution: To get the notifications to lead owner, agent/lead owner/admin can “end chat” from button on chat window. and next incoming current lead owner will receive, but again if the lead owner is changing this “end chat” needs to be clicked so the next lead owner gets the notifications.
