SIERA Reports not loading/working

Hi Team,

Issue – SIERA reports are not loading / working as expected. Loading but flickering which makes reports module not stable.

Basic Check which can resolve the Issue is to check the System which is accessing the Reports.

Suppose the system which is accessing, the IST time is showing 12:30 PM, and actual time is 12:15- Which makes the system time ahead 15 minutes.

By this 15 minutes ahead time, the SIERA reports won’t be loading and flicker issue might occur.

Solution – Change the system time to Real-Time as per IST or which ever time zone the user is accessing SIERA reports.
