We saw a mismatch issue in Last modified On field where in the lead, the last modified was done on 31 Jul 2023 at 07:06 AM

But in the manage lead section, it shows 07/31/2023 at 04:28 PM
However this is not an issue though.
The expected product behavior is, If you are not modifying anything in the Lead details form and just saving the form, it will update the modified On field. In Audit Trail there will be no log as none of the field is modified.
