Hi Team,
Recently I encountered an issue where the search function(Oppt) in UAT was not working for MOSL account. However in Manage leads section the search was working fine.
We were getting malfunction error only on Opportunity module, PFB:

Post reviewing with the concerned Dev, moving the tenant to ESS resolved the issue.
