Query: Customer raised a concern that they are not receiving the WhatsApp message from the lead and the WhatsApp report also doesn’t shows anything in the inbound message. Also, the outbound message would get “Delivered” but the status would show as “Awaited”.

Solution: The Whatsapp provider should to configure the Webhook URL for both delivery report and Inbound message(from Whatsapp connector). After the webhook is configured, our reports will start getting the correct statuses.
