I recently faced an issue with the WhatsApp connector where i the client was unable to send the lead customized texts.
The WhatsApp connector has a feature called service window as shown below
The service window is the window through which we can interact with the lead and for the first message you cant send the lead customized texts.
The first text are predefined approved templates that we send as the first response of interaction with the lead,
After the lead replies to the texts the service window is active for 24 hours after the first message is received from the lead and after that the window become inactive meaning you can interact with the lead via the predefined templates
