1. Why are users not receiving OTP on Landing Pages?
AnswerBelow are things to be checked-
           *Check company name (Settings–>Profile–>Company profile)
*If the Company name has more than 35 characters, OTP will not be received. You can get the company name changed.

2. Can customers use their own SSL certificate for Landing pages when they use custom domains?
AnswerWe do not support customer-provided SSL certificates for the reasons mentioned below. They must request a certificate online        (Settings screen). HelpLink
* Setup for generating the certificate is fully automated today, and it was done to avoid manual intervention. Adding a customer certificate will break that flow. Even when this process was manual, we have not added customer-provided certificates.
*With certificates generated via ACM (AWS), there is auto-renewal. With customer-provided certificates, there will be additional manual intervention again for this.
*If we must add a customer certificate, they also have to share a private key. As mentioned, the process in this case is manual and has security concerns. This is something Leadsquared is strictly avoiding.

3. Is it possible to update system fields pertaining to UTM parameters (like ‘source’,’ campaign and ‘medium’) through Landing Pages?
AnswerWe can only update custom fields via UTM parameters. Will recommend to setup new custom fields to capture them.

4. Leads are not captured via Landing pages
Answer:  Below things are to be checked.
* Landing page form must contain at least 1 system field among these – Firstname/Lastname/Email/Phone Number
* All the form field values must be entered as per the datatype specified.
* We observed a couple of cases recently wherein the following was done
o   mx_city was being overridden as a custom field with LOS enabled but auto-update was not enabled
o   Reverse IP lookup (HelpLink) was enabled which tries to find the location given the IP address
o   The value derived from Reverse IP Lookup does not match with the values in the mx_city LOS field.
o   A similar issue could happen with ‘Stage’, and ‘Country’ too.

Solution: Enable ‘Allow auto update’ for such fields and set allow others’ option to ‘Yes’.

Note- In the case of export landing pages we don’t capture leads if OTP is enabled for phone number.

5. Captcha is not Working on Landing Pages
Answer: Below things are to be checked.
* Make sure all the Landing page and website domains are added in the captcha console, After Adding Update the captcha key > re-add the captcha in the form field> save and republish.
* If exported forms are used, suggest using Captcha V3 and copying the HTML after updating the latest keys and Republish.

10. UTM fields are not captured as ProspectId is passed twice because of custom implementation
Answer: The following updated script can be used by the tenant instead for the issue of 2 prospectId being passed in the form submission.

11. UTM parameters are not captured on hosted  Landing pages.
Answer: Check the below points
* Please check with Customer if they are using iframe code to host landing pages. If iframe is used below is the case please follow below steps for UTM parameters to be captured.
* Form is loaded in an iFrame which is pointing to default leadsquared landing page domain – pmanifold.viewpage.co. However the web page where this iFrame is added is hosted on domain – www.evacad.com.
* When user lands on www.evacad.com – Prospect cookie is created on this domain. However, the Form is being posted from within the iFrame. Because it is in a different domain, prospect cannot be passed due to cross domain browser restriction.

Solution-

1) Customer has to add Add a landing page domain for ex. pages.evacad.com (It has to be a sub-domain of evacad.com).

2) Generate SSL certificate for this landing page domain and follow the instructions in this flow.
