Whatsapp Campaign failure ‘TO’ number empty error

Upon checking the account for the mentioned issue, request you to check the below things;

1. Open a lead to which message was triggered in the campaign.

2. Check the associated phone number is with ‘phone number’ or ‘mobile number’ lead field.

3. Check for the ‘Default Whatsapp Number Field’ at whatsapp connector and check the mapping as which lead field was configured there.

4. Select the correct configured mapping field at ‘TO’ while sending out a campaign.
